“Live from the farm”, Shilpa Shetty talks about organic farming | Health


Shilpa Shetty is having a lot of fun during her getaway. The actor was recently spotted by paparazzi, traveling to Alibaug for his family vacation with son Viaan, daughter Samisha and mother Sunanda Shetty. Since then, Shilpa Shetty’s Instagram profile has been filled with greenery and the actor’s joy at being one with nature.

The actor who left for his vacation has done everything from picking guavas straight from trees to expressing organic farming and restricting chemically induced foods in the diet. On Thursday, Shilpa shared a short video on her Instagram profile that documents her happiness in seeing her cultivated plants fully blooming very well.

In the video, Shilpa can be seen posing happily near the plants on her farm that bear fruit and vegetables. Dressed in a cropped white tee and denim shorts, Shilpa Shetty embraces life in its fullness. “Direct from the farm. Food that doesn’t hurt. Keep life simple and moving, ”she advised her fans to follow the same healthy route to a happy life.

Shilpa shared a multitude of snippets of her whereabouts and adventures during her getaway. Recently, Shilpa had a Sunday that everyone dreams of. She went to a farm and picked some ripe fruit straight from the tree and brought it home to eat. In the video, Shilpa can be seen with childish glee as she sees ripe guavas on the tree.
